Your role as Investment Management Data Analyst
As part of our Managed Services Team (approximately 20 professionals), you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most out of our technology. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting clients (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity) in using our software solutions effectively.
Collaborating with clients to identify the best approaches to meet their needs.
Staying up-to-date with new European regulatory requirements (e.g., risk reporting, climate stress tests) and working with developers to implement these changes into our software.
Organizing training sessions and creating documentation for customers regarding our applications.
Applying critical thinking with a "data science mindset" to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and take necessary actions internally.
Testing new software developments and providing feedback for improvement.
Occasionally traveling abroad to visit clients on-site (travel flexibility required
In this role, you'll have significant responsibility from day one and will grow into a
Subject Matter Expert
within the organization. You'll work closely with developers, fellow analysts, data scientists, and sales teams while becoming one of the external faces of RiskConcile Group.
Who are we looking For?
We are seeking a hands-on professional who is communicative, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable working with numbers and building relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
As Investment Management Data Analyst you have:
A genuine interest in financial markets; staying informed about financial news is essential. Personal experience as an investor is a plus!
A Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields.
Basic knowledge of Python is highly valued.
Previous experience is a strong advantage: Big Four financial services (audit or consulting) or prior roles at banks/insurance companies are preferred. Experience in Risk Advisory, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or Compliance is also beneficial.
Strong communication skills in English (required); knowledge of Dutch or French is a bonus but not mandatory.
Flexible mindset: able to process complex information quickly and adapt to new challenges.
High sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and precision.

A competitive gross annual salary between €48k-€60k based on experience.
