About the role:


As a Sales Manager at Vidoomy, we are looking for a highly sales-driven profile, with passion, ambition, and an unstoppable hunger to grow, close deals, and consistently exceed targets.


This role is carried out both from the office and remotely, in alignment with the team’s operational dynamics and market needs.


You'll drive revenue growth in your assigned market, executing sales strategies aligned with our global expansion goals.

Your Responsibilities:


* Deliver on your sales targets and proactively hunt for new business opportunities in your market.


* Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with potential Clients and key Media Agencies.


* Conduct strategic sessions with advertisers and agencies to position Vidoomy as their media and programmatic partner of choice.


* Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.


* Be our brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.


Required Qualifications:


* French language and fluent in English.


* Fluent in Dutch is a plus.


* A natural, sales-driven new-business hunter with a strong passion for closing deals. Highly motivated by sales targets, competition, and the thrill of winning new accounts.


* Results-oriented, strategic, and resilient. You perform at your best under pressure and consistently turn challenges into successful outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications:


* 3+ years Experience within Digital Advertising.


* Experience collaborating with leading agency media groups such as GroupM, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, IPG, Havas or independent agencies is highly valuable.


* Proven ability to prospect, negotiate complex deals, and consistently close. You execute winning sales strategies.
