* Performed an in-depth contractual analysis of SAP agreements, including licensing terms, use rights, and enterprise support conditions.
* Identified key contractual clauses and negotiation considerations to improve flexibility, transparency, and cost optimization in future SAP agreements.
* Evaluated future licensing and contracting models aligned with the organization’s SAP roadmap and anticipated migration toward S/4HANA.
* Developed recommendations to align the future SAP Bill of Materials with required modules, capabilities, and long-term architecture.
* Provided strategic guidance for SAP negotiations, including benchmarking, evaluation of SAP proposals, and preparation of negotiation strategies.
* Delivered executive-level insights on legal, operational, financial, and licensing risks and opportunities related to SAP sourcing.
