In order to be able to continue to process our growing number of projects in a high-quality manner, we wish to expand our dynamic reporting team with a motivated Reporting Officer.
Your position
As a Reporting Officer, you are actively involved in setting up, technically preparing and reporting measurement projects for customers. This includes:
Gathering crucial information for project preparations, such as measurement plans (P & IDs) and product flowsheets.
Maintaining customer databases using our in-house developed software (SFEMP).
Performing checks on various measurement and project data that you receive via the software or Excel.
Processing of measurement data, provided by the project leader, in collaboration with the field staff. In case of incomplete data, you contact the project team immediately.
Drawing up reports: processing entered data in customer-specific templates and providing the necessary comments.
Consultation with clients about measurement results, conclusions and actions to be taken.
You work closely with a great team of administrative colleagues to make every project a success.
Who are we looking for?
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a nice added advantage. Knowledge of other languages is always a plus
You are excellent with Excel and other Microsoft applications.
You don't wait for the work to come to you, but are proactive and solution-oriented.
Logical thinking is second nature to you.
If information is missing, you immediately pick up the phone to request it from the right colleague.
You have built up valuable experience in an administrative role, with a focus on project preparation or data reporting.
Background knowledge or interest in production environments (such as petrochemical, oil and gas industry, etc.) is a great asset.
We are looking for an independent team player who works efficiently and accurately.
