We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Data Warehouse Developer
to support one of our biggest vendors in Belgium to strengthen its HR-Technology in Data department. In this role, you will be responsible for the
analysis, development, and implementation of incremental data loading processes
from the
Vlimpers HR system
into the AgO data warehouse environment. The goal is to optimize the existing daily reporting process by loading only new or modified data, significantly reducing processing times and improving the timeliness of HR reports delivered to clients.
Responsibilities

* Analyze and design efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
* Develop and implement
incremental data loading mechanisms
for the Vlimpers HR system.
* Optimize existing data warehouse processes to improve performance and scalability.
* Collaborate with data analysts and HR reporting teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
* Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of data flows and reporting systems.
Requirements
:
* Proven experience as a
Data Warehouse Developer
, ideally in a large or complex data environment.
* Strong expertise in
ETL tools
,
SQL
, and
data warehouse design principles
.
* Experience with incremental data loading, data integration, and process optimization.
* Analytical mindset with attention to performance, quality, and data integrity.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
