What does the role involve?

You will help Hilti build long-lasting relationships with clients by identifying the right solutions for their needs, collaborating with internal departments.
You will take ownership of customer experience by delivering seamless customer care, handling complaints efficiently, and actively supporting process improvements.

You will analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities in our back-office processes and help build sustainable, long-term solutions.

What you need is:

7. Determined, eager to learn, and detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
8. Collaborative team player with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences
9. Able to work independently and enjoy cross-department collaboration
10. Process-oriented and quick to spot opportunities for improvement and change
11. Experience in customer service, customer care, back office, or a commercial environment
12. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, and/or Salesforce is a plus
13. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, spoken and written
