As a Legal Advisor, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance of routine legal matters and supports the General Counsel across a broad range of legal activities.
You draft, review, and support the negotiation of standard agreements, including: You maintain and update contract templates. You act as the internal point of contact for contract templates and their use.
You manage legal documentation and corporate housekeeping, including: board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and powers of attorney, and publications in the Belgian State Gazette.
You support data privacy administration and insurance portfolio follow-up.

You have a Master’s degree in law
You have a first relevant experience (law firm or international Life Science environment)
You are fluent in English and French.
