We are recruiting for a Project Engineering Leader to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing projects, primarily focusing on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment infrastructure and building revamping or construction.
This is as initial contract lasting until the end of 2027 with a hybrid working model.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Engineering Leader will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will be partnering with engineering firms to ensure proper support in delivering project designs and execution.
2. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will be managing cost and planning for all engineering project activities, ensuring alignment with PMO requirements.
3. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will overseeing the project team, consolidating and reviewing specifications, and ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.
4. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will handling project governance, budget control, and ensuring technical resources are identified without gaps or overlaps.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Engineering Leader, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Extensive industry experience in investment projects within the infrastructure/building field and utilities.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HVAC systems and a strong understanding of Pharma regulations (GXP, GMP, GLP).
