This is a full-stack marketing role - strategy meets execution - where you’ll run digital campaigns, curate content, build community, and constantly optimize performance. You’ll work closely with the management team to grow brand visibility and impact.What you'll doPlan and coordinate B2B and B2C marketing campaigns (SEA, META, and beyond) with the help of our ad specialists.Create and manage email newsletters, from concept to send.Plan and schedule social media content across key platforms.Coordinate content creation and curation: from on-site and internal photo shoots to video briefings and UGC.Collaborate with content creators and brand partners.Track, report, and optimize performance based on key KPIs.Continuously improve website performance - SEO, UX, and conversion.What we're looking for3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on startup.Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms .Excellent written English and Dutch.
