Support of 1 FTE expert for Business As Usual, as follows:
o The consultant will not hold the responsibility of the compliance function but must be senior and Certified in Insurance Compliance, to support coaching and technical guidance for the team (especially in Governance, IDD, Taxation, and ESG).
o The consultant must be senior enough to take part in administrative and management tasks of the department, acting as backup or deputy.
o The consultant must have strong communication skills to convey the compliance culture and manage internal stakeholders through the plan.
o The consultant must have project management skills to support transformations and optimizations within the functioning of the compliance role.
BAU (Business As Usual) activities include:
o Support to the compliance plan (CAP) and its preparation, including stakeholder management and capturing internal business needs to properly assess annual needs and resources, including the mandatory regulatory buffer specific to AB.
o Monitoring of regulatory watch and organizing structured communications and internal follow-up when compliance impacts are announced (regulatory watch - LR).
o Managing the mailbox and preparing responses to requests/projects (Reviews, Opinions, and Validations).
o Updating internal standards based on local and Group needs (Policies & Procedures).
o Support and preparation of structured monitoring (MON) for Level 1 (corrective actions) and compliance based on the plan and the quarterly risk update.
o Preparation of training or awareness sessions (TA) / quizzes / case studies to make training engaging and attractive in compliance areas, using the Group's Easygenerator tool when necessary.
You must be able to work in French and English.
You have minimum 6 years of experience within the insurance sector.
Assignment until end of the year.
