1. Employee Lifecycle Management

· Handle and process HR modules for Belgian employees, including onboarding, job transfers/relocations, resignations, contract signing and renewal, benefits and leave management, employee file maintenance, and attendance and working hours operations.

· Participate in key projects such as employee data governance and employee experience improvement and optimization, and promote process standardization and management improvement.

2. Compensation Compliance Operations and Distribution

· Responsible for national compensation compliance operations in Belgium, such as payroll data calculation/review, social security and medical insurance, tax processing, and daily communication and relationship maintenance with local suppliers/institutions.

· Responsible for maintaining compensation data and documentation, providing basic operational support, such as answering questions about real-time maintenance of salary records, employee salary inquiries, and salary database operations.

3. Employee Benefits and Social Security Management

· Responsible for commercial insurance, social security, medical insurance, base calculation, monthly reconciliation, and annual audits, automatically monitoring and correcting abnormal data to prevent underpayment or mispayment risks.

· Coordinate the daily operations and supplier management of welfare programs such as commercial insurance, supplementary medical insurance, and annual physical examinations, and handle corresponding invoice payments and cost sharing.

4. Compensation Data Maintenance and Employee Support

· Answer employees' daily inquiries about salary, social insurance, attendance, etc., and provide timely support through multiple channels such as Alibaba DingTalk, telephone, and work order systems to improve employee satisfaction.

· Regularly organize common SSC & Payroll FAQs, optimize service processes and knowledge bases, and improve response efficiency.

5. Data and Process Optimization

· Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems, maintain HR module SOP documents, and provide optimization recommendations.

· Participate in the implementation and continuous optimization of HR system projects such as Hi HR and online salary reporting, promote automation and digital transformation, and improve operational efficiency and data compliance.

Job Description

1. Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in human resources, finance, law, or management-related fields;

2. Language Skills

· Excellent written and oral English communication skills; proficiency in French, which can be used as a working language;

3. Professional Skills

· Familiarity with HR module (employee relations, compensation and benefits, attendance, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) operational processes;

· Understanding of Belgian national labor laws, compensation and tax regulations, and social security systems is preferred;

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is preferred;

4. Experience and Background

· At least 1 year of experience in an HR shared service center or HR operations role, with prior experience working in Belgium preferred;

· Prior experience collaborating with external vendors, social security, or tax authorities is preferred;

5. Overall Capabilities

· Meticulous and rigorous work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate across cultures;

· Proactive mindset, with the ability to continuously optimize processes and resolve issues.
