The firm is known for its expertise in business law, providing a collaborative environment where you’ll work on high-profile transactions and complex corporate matters while fostering your professional development.
Direct collaboration with partners and senior associates on complex, high-profile matters
Client exposure from day one, providing strategic advice to local and international clients
Development opportunities through mentorship, training programs, and involvement in various firm activities
Advise clients on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions
Draft and review corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
Work closely with senior colleagues and partners on high-profile M&A deals
Conduct legal research, providing detailed analyses and strategic insights to clients
2 to 7 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A (Belgium)
~ Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university
~ French or Dutch speaker, with an excellent command of English
