position is based in Belgium.

The Sales Engineer occupies a central position in project management, overseeing

initiatives from their inception to successful completion. This multifaceted role demands an

individual adept at various tasks, including sales activities, lead generation, technical

consultations, project planning, and on-site execution. Moreover, the Sales Engineer

cultivates robust customer relationships. The ideal candidate embodies proactive

problem-solving skills, effective communication, and hands-on leadership, all while striving to

deliver exceptional modular building solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

* Lead the search for potential clients and business opportunities within the

entertainment, sports, aviation, and industrial sectors.

* Engage with prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present our modular

building solutions to demonstrate their value and applicability.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and negotiate

contracts that align with project requirements.


Technical Consultation

* Serve as the technical expert, understanding our modular building solutions

thoroughly and providing consultative support to clients throughout the sales process.

* Assess client project requirements, offering tailored solutions that meet their

objectives and adhere to industry regulations.

* Address technical inquiries and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of our

solutions’ benefits.


Project Planning and Management

* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, taking ownership from initial concept through

design, engineering, manufacturing, and on-site delivery.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and

budgets to ensure successful execution.

* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design,

engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and montage, to ensure efficient project

progression.


Customer Relationship Management

* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact

throughout the project.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs,

concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

* Conduct regular project status updates and progress reports to keep clients

informed and engaged.


Quality Assurance and Delivery

* Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications throughout the

project lifecycle.

* Oversee the on-site delivery and installation process, ensuring a smooth and timely

handover to the customer.

* Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for

improvement.


Key Skills and Experience Required:

* Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related

field provides a solid foundation for this role.

* Sales and Project Management Experience: Proven track record in sales and

project management, preferably within the construction or modular building industry.

* Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicate

complex engineering concepts.

* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are

essential for engaging with clients and internal teams.

* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects

simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

* Leadership and Problem-Solving: Hands-on leadership and proactive problem-

solving skills are crucial for successful outcomes.

Flexibility and Language Proficiency:

* Flexibility to Travel: The Sales Engineer must be willing to travel as needed for

client meetings and on-site project management.


Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential French is a plus. These languages serve as the primary means of communication within the company and with international clients and partners.


Main Stakeholders:

* Clients: Clients from various industries (entertainment, sports, aviation, and

industrial sectors) are the primary stakeholders. They seek modular building

solutions to transform their concepts into reality.

* Sales Team: The sales team collaborates closely with the Sales Engineer. Their

responsibilities include identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and

developing compelling proposals.

* Design Team: The design team works alongside the Sales Engineer to create

customized modular building solutions that align with each client’s specific

requirements.

* Ops Team: Responsible for producing modular building components, the Ops team

maintains high-quality standards and precision throughout the manufacturing

process.

* ITL Team (Installation/Transport/Logistics): This team manages transportation,

delivery, and montage of modular building components to the project site.

* Internal Support Functions: The Support Functions team provides ongoing

assistance to clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and ensuring a

seamless experience.

These stakeholders collectively contribute to the successful execution of modular building

projects.
