Responsibilities
Working on operational excellence action plans to improve clients' performance
Analyzing key processes and proposing solutions to simplify and improve
Developing and delivering presentations to showcase findings and recommendations
Implementing solutions and supporting teams until sustainable results are achieved
Onboarding and training junior consultants to develop their talents
Facilitating the implementation of corporate strategy for a smooth and efficient outcome
Tracking results and pursuing continuous improvement
Building trust as a reliable partner across the organization
Qualifications & Experience
You are Master graduated in the field you like; Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, etc.
You speak English and French; German would be ideal too
Experience
Analyzing current business processes in a critical manner, planning and reporting data findings
Providing solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
Suggesting xphnsxz ways the business can adapt for the future
Conducting and delivering quantitative research
Strong numerical ability to analyze performance metrics
Effectively managing projects from inception to completion
Leading teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
