Job Title: Sales Representative – French Market


Reporting to: Sales Operations & Customer Success Manager


Location: Barcelona (hybrid) – Option to be based in Paris

Founded 15 years ago and part of the international RealSelf group, we operate in 11 markets across Europe and LATAM, with headquarters in Barcelona.

We are currently transforming from a SEO-focused marketplace to a user-centric, social media-driven platform, with ambitious plans to triple sales in the next five years. Joining YNS means being part of an innovative, international team at the forefront of the aesthetics and eHealth sector.

What we are looking for:


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative with a strong hunter profile to lead the development and expansion of our French market.

This is a key role: you will be the Company’s face in France, responsible for attracting new clients (aesthetic doctors & clinics), building lasting partnerships, and positioning MultiEsthetique.fr as the leading digital partner for clinics and doctors. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team to maximize client satisfaction and renewals, while spotting upselling opportunities to grow accounts.

🧩 Key Responsibilities


Market Development & Acquisition


* Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (clinics and doctors).
* Manage the full sales cycle: research, prospecting, calls/visits, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* Represent YNS at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.


Client Growth & Retention


* Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure contract renewals and client satisfaction.
* Proactively build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
* Monitor client performance and propose solutions to maximize results.
* Track and analyze key metrics to ensure we deliver on our commitments to customers.


Upselling & Revenue Expansion


* Spot upsell opportunities and present tailored solutions.
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of upsells.


Market Intelligence & Reporting


* Analyze your portfolio and define tailored action plans for each client.
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot) and provide regular sales reporting.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the French market.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Data, Product) to achieve company goals.


✅ Requirements


Essential:


* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles, ideally:
* Visiting doctors in Health/ Pharma
* Sales roles in digital companies/ SaaS/ online services
* Native-level French
* Professional English or Spanish (to communicate with HQ in Barcelona).
* Availability for client visits and business travel to France (3-4 visits per year)
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationships-building skills.
* Goal-driven, autonomous, and proactive mindset.


Desired:


* Experience in the plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine industry.
* Own portfolio of clients in the plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine industry in Spain/ France.

Flexible work–life balance

* Hybrid schedule — 2 days in our HQ in Barcelona, 3 days remote.
* Flexible start times and breaks so you can adapt your schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8 hours/day. Start between 8:30–9:30, with a 30–60 min lunch break. Friday (intensive day): Start between 8:00–9:00, finishing between 15:00–16:00.
