Within Advisory, you will work on your research theme as a graduate student. You will work closely with our Market Units (Data & AI, Business Applications, Applications & Infrastructure) and other departments within Avanade.

1. Exploring future of AI driven business for optimizing business or growing our client’s business
2. Determining the best strategies for leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) through custom or tailored solutions like Copilot.
3. Most suitable Organizational operating models for GenAI adoption, whether centralized or decentralized, to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
4. Unlocking power of data while balancing data governance, control, and data sovereignty in large enterprises
5. Evolution and adoption of multi-cloud landscape transformation while balancing operational excellence (Cost control objectives, sustainability goals etc.) to spearhead digital transformation in enterprise.
Deep diving into any of the themes, the approach usually involves looking at the problem statement with 3 pillar perspective:
People and organization: Overall organizational model optimization with enabling people and skill to make this successful
Process: What processes can be optimized or automated for achieving the goal. How are current processes involved / impacted and how will transformation impact governance of the process?
