We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the overall IT architecture strategy aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives.
What You'll Do:
* Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmap.
* Lead architecture governance, review boards, and ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business strategy.
* Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio, including technical debt, total cost of ownership, and modernization priorities.
* Provide solution architecture guidance for projects, designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
* Translate business requirements into technical architectures, mentor teams, and communicate architecture vision to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
* 8–10+ years in architecture roles, including 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture
* Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies: TOGAF, ArchiMate, Domain-Driven Design
* Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native patterns
* French/Dutch + English
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and security architecture is a plus
Location: Brussels
Hybrid working: 2-3 days/week on-site.
