Mission
We're currently looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team at our headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will drive our talent acquisition efforts to support IBA's growth in Europe, CIS, and Asia. You'll play a significant role in building teams that install and maintain proton therapy systems in clinical settings, or deal with innovative projects, ensuring top talent aligns with our mission.
Challenges we trust you with
* Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: Collaborate with Hiring Managers, source and assess candidates, organize interviews, negotiate salary packages, and oversee contract signings.
* Coordinate and oversee internship programs: Handle requests, match candidates to appropriate roles, and ensure successful onboarding and management of interns.
* Develop a deep understanding of internal needs: Build strong knowledge of IBA's organizational structure, staffing requirements, and the expertise required for each role.
* Engage in employer branding initiatives: Represent IBA at job fairs, campus events, and through partnerships with job boards to strengthen our presence in the talent market.
* Manage HR tools and data: Maintain and utilize HR databases and reporting tools to monitor recruitment quality and drive continuous improvement.
What we value
You have:
* At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in an international environment.
* Expertise in competency-based interviews and experience with psychometric testing.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solver mindset.
And you also are:
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French.
* Meticulous, structured, and resourceful, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
* Naturally outgoing and capable of building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
