Key responsibilities Write engaging vacancies: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent. Actively source candidates: Use diverse channels, including databases, job fairs, and networking, to find the right profiles. Screen and interview: Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process, including technical tests and screenings. Collaborate with teams: Work with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business managers to align recruitment with client needs. What we’re looking for We’re seeking a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. Qualifications include: Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Recruitment experience: At least 1–2 years in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context. People-oriented: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues. Proactive and driven: Initiative-taking and results-oriented mindset. Organized and adaptable: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English and French.
