You support the CRM Campaign team and marketing stakeholders by building customer segmentations.
You prepare the setup of customer journeys and manipulate campaign data to enable first-party data activation.
You create customer segments that comply with privacy regulations and are usable for activation.
You transform customer data into target groups and ensure campaigns are executed correctly.
You collaborate closely with MMD & Media to understand audience strategies.
You monitor segment usage, performance feedback, and optimize audience definitions accordingly.
You contribute to campaign debriefs by delivering input data and key findings.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, technology, data, or equivalent.
You have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Automation, digital marketing, and/or audience management.
You have proficient knowledge of segmentation tools and CRM platforms.
You are an effective communicator with strong analytical skills.
You possess a structured approach and attention to detail.
You have experience with customer journey tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You are familiar with retail media data activation or clean room environments.
You are proficient in Dutch and French.
