We are seeking a highly skilled Office Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and internal sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with follow-up on internal sales and provide daily administrative support.
* Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Manage various documents and files using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
* Demonstrate flexibility to support various office tasks as needed.

Requirements
* Must be trilingual in French, Dutch, and English, both orally and in writing.
* Comfortable using computer tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
* Versatile and adaptable, able to step in where needed.
* Organized, meticulous, and service-oriented.

Working Hours
Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM
