Backed by major automotive players and recently named Fast Track Company of the Year, they’re setting the standard in sustainable mobility infrastructure and innovation.About the RoleMy client is looking for a Head of Sales for Belgium to drive commercial growth and build strategic partnerships in the local market. This position can be structured as either a freelance engagement or a permanent hire, depending on your preference.As the lead for Belgium, you will own the market strategy, scale the local sales team, and accelerate adoption of EV solutions through key industry channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for BelgiumLead the national sales team and exceed commercial targetsBuild strategic relationships with installers, auto retailers, wholesalers, e-MSPs, and energy providersDrive partner acquisition, onboarding, and retentionCollaborate cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, and operations teamsTrack and improve sales KPIs, pipelines, and internal processesRepresent the company at Belgian trade shows, events, and industry forumsYour ProfileProven success in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally in clean tech, mobility, or energyIn-depth knowledge of the Belgian energy and e-mobility marketStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsFluent in French and English (Dutch a plus but not essential)Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution abilityExperienced in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Odoo, Slack, Jira, etc.)Comfortable in a high-growth, scale-up environmentOpen to freelance or permanent engagementThis role offers:Flexibility and autonomyCompetitive fixed day ratePerformance-linked bonusA leaner cost structure compared to traditional employmentA full cost comparison between freelance and permanent structures in Belgium If this role is of interest, please apply directly.
