Description
Amazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our network performance with connection to the business and all fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the weekly planning process in conjunction with commercial teams, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization of business partners.
* Design and implement automated reporting solutions for asset management.
* Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities.
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.
* Lead deep‑dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations.
* Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.
* Manage asset allocation (totes and shuttles) across all FC, SC, and LM.
* Communicate with carriers and finance teams.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in an operational role.
* Experience using SQL.
* Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
* Experience using Excel at an advanced level, including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
