About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
1. Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably in coorporate functions.
2. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
3. A passion to improve business processes and deliver tangible added value.
4. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
5. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in training design, coaching, and facilitation.
7. The ability to work cross-functionally.
8. A desire to take ownership and deliver results.
9. But most of all, you are fun to work with and a great team player!
Bonus points if you have:
10. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
11. Proficiency in graphical design tools to create impactful visual content.
