I am partnered with a company specialised in providing tailor-made solutions when it comes to laser systems and labelling equipment. They are looking for a Service Engineer to take responsibility for installation, maintenance and repairs of the machines/equipment at client sites.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with their machines.
Train customers on proper use and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and share customer feedback.
Participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines/installations.
Qualifications:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or a related field.
Hands-on experience in technical installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment is a plus.
A background in automation or industrial devices is a strong plus.
You are an excellent communicator - Dutch fluency is a requirement.
You’re flexible and willing to travel to client sites across the East Flanders Region.
