About Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire talent across various functions. You will also play a key role in shaping and improving recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a strong candidate experience—both for external hires and internal mobility.
In this function you report directly to the Head of Talent, HR BP & Talent Acquisition and get the opportunity to work in a dynamic Human Resources environment.
Your position
* Recruitment of internships:
* Knowledge of the several types of intern assignments
* Work closely together with the HR contracting team (for specific intern contracts)
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from intake to offer:
* Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Partners on recruitment needs
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured and competency-based methods.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
* Process design:
* Redesign, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes
* Redesign & optimize other HR processes in strengthening the interwoven cooperation with the HR BPs
* Structured reporting:
* Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports
* Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events as needed
Your profile
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
* Experience within the financial or service sector would be an asset
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
* Experience in process improvement or recruitment operations is a strong plus
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
* Excellent team player who gets energized by working with others
* Familiarity with ATS platforms
* Passion for talent, diversity, and delivering a great candidate experience
