About the Role
As part of our mission to deliver excellence for a key client, we anticipate a future opening for a Business Analyst within their Cash Management division — a domain where business-critical financial services meet high-demand operational performance.
In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and impact to a fast-paced environment, translating complex operational realities into insights that support both corporate clients and senior leadership across multiple countries.
This is a high-visibility, cross-border role for someone who excels in communication, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Bring clarity to complexity
* Elevate highly technical incident information into strategic, business-focused insights that help global corporate clients understand service impact and make informed decisions.
Be the anchor during major incidents
* Deliver structured, transparent communication during operational disruptions, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates.
Shape meaningful change through insight
* Produce executive-grade monthly intelligence reports summarizing major incidents, recurring trends, and business implications.
* Partner closely with senior management and key decision-makers to ensure your insights lead to concrete actions and measurable improvements.
Collaborate across borders
* Work seamlessly with production, IT, and operational teams in Brussels, Paris, and Lisbon to maintain clear, contextualized information flows.
* Contribute to problem-management cycles by aligning technical root causes with real business impact.
Support continual service excellence
* Help refine communication frameworks, reporting structures, and incident-management processes to enhance operational maturity across the service landscape.
What You Bring
* Experience with incident and problem management, ideally in a complex or international environment.
* Knowledge of cash management, payment flows, or financial operations.
* Outstanding English communication skills — clear, structured, and compelling.
* French is a plus for Paris-based collaboration.
* Ability to navigate technical contexts at a high level and translate them into business-friendly language.
* Strong analytical mindset paired with excellent storytelling and structured communication abilities.
* Calm under pressure — especially during high-impact incidents.
