What you will do
* Drive the shift from project-based governance to a product-centric model across the organization.
* Design and roll out governance frameworks, ceremonies, and templates for product teams.
* Align budget mechanisms with product outcomes, ensuring transparency and traceability.
* Partner with Finance and Controlling to integrate new budget and reporting processes.
* Define backlog structures, prioritization criteria, and roadmap alignment across business domains.
* Support affiliate integration by adapting governance, SLAs, and communication standards.
* Monitor adoption and refine processes through continuous improvement and stakeholder feedback.
What you bring
* 6+ years’ experience in business analysis, governance, or operating model design.
* Strong grasp of Agile and product-oriented delivery models.
* Proven track record in financial and budget governance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to translate complex processes into clear templates, tools, and playbooks.
* Fluency in English.
