Overview
Join our Chief Security Office (CSO) team at AXA Belgium. We oversee activities across the organization to protect and ensure continuity of AXA Belgium information, employees, and services. The CSO’s Business Security domain provides end-to-end security advice and steers risk-based security strategies aligned with business needs and asset status.
As the Business Security domain manager in the CSO department, you will define, deliver, and maintain security objectives aligned with AXA Group instructions, market security standards (ISO27K), and regulatory expectations (DORA). Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Security Oversight Experts, ensure thorough security evaluations of business initiatives, manage third-party security risk (vendors, distribution, outsourcing), coordinate business continuity plans, and understand business needs toward IT.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted contact point for all Business Units within AXA Belgium, offering risk-based security advice and collaborating with Procurement, Transformation, Privacy/Data/AI, Business, and IT.
* Tool Management: Be local entity owner of security tools and processes used in the Business Security domain, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
* Reporting and Compliance: Maintain documentation of processes and evidences of all Business Security domain activities/controls; ensure timely and accurate reporting to AXA Group and local management; assist in interactions with regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
* A bachelor degree in computer sciences, technology or a related area; education on Security topics is an asset
* At least 5 years experience in a similar function
* A certification in Information Security and/or Information Technology is a distinct advantage
* Excellent communication skills in French and/or Dutch, and fluent English
* Experience in a multinational business is an advantage
* Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
* Ability to operate at management level and be a real team player
* Analytical thinking to grasp complex business scenarios
