We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager – Service Delivery Management to strengthen our service delivery capabilities in a complex, large-scale IT environment.

What You'll Do
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs while driving service quality and improvements.
* Own end-to-end program and project delivery, including governance, risk management, and recovery situations.
* Lead stakeholder engagements and regular program reviews covering delivery, quality, and performance.
* Manage program budgets, resources, capacity planning, and multi-workstream reporting.
* Coach and mentor teams while continuously improving delivery standards and methodologies.

What You Bring
* 10+ years of experience in service delivery and/or program management within large IT environments.
* Strong contractual, commercial, and technical delivery background.
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar); SCRUM Master is a plus.
* Advanced knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* EU nationality and based in Belgium.
* Fluent English and French or Dutch.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Atos offices in Zaventem and Brussels.
