As a Electrical Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Responsibilities
* Design and optimize electrical systems in a regulated technical environment.
* Define technical specifications and size key electrical equipment.
* Manage tenders, evaluate bids, negotiate, and award contracts.
* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
* Follow up suppliers and contract execution.
* Support factory tests, site installation, and commissioning.
* Provide technical expertise on electrical systems.
* Monitor technical and regulatory developments.
* Contribute to improving engineering methods.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in industrial or critical electrical systems.
* Strong interest in technical analysis and problem-solving in power systems.
* Team player with customer-oriented mindset, proactive, autonomous, and rigorous.
* Willing to travel for short- or medium-term assignments and regular on-site activities.
* Required certifications: BA4/BA5 and VCA.
* Proficient in Dutch or French, with good command of English.
