As a Senior PHP Developer, you will join a dynamic and fully supportive company committed to your professional growth. This is a full-time permanent position (CLT). We are looking for a mature professional with strong ownership, capable of making technical decisions and actively contributing to the evolution of the team. You will be part of a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared, and your voice will be essential in shaping solutions, defining standards, and guiding less experienced developers. This role requires autonomy, critical thinking, and leadership potential, even if you haven’t formally acted as a Tech Lead before.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement complex features in PHP applications with high autonomy
* Actively participate in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and trade‑off analysis
* Identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges, ensuring scalability and reliability
* Perform code reviews and mentor other developers, contributing to team growth
* Define and promote best practices, coding standards, and development processes
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
Qualifications
* Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Strong experience (8+ years) in PHP development
* Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices
* Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions
* Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and version control systems
* Advanced English for communication (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
* Previous experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical reference
* Knowledge in AI Engineering
