Overview
We have a requirement for a Construction Planner for a large scale Construction project in the Flanders region.
The successful candidate will have suitable experience of developing and managing complex project schedules through the construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities
The role will include:
1. Responsibility for development and management of detailed schedules to cover the Construction stage of projects.
2. Responsibility for development and management of project controls tools.
3. Critical Path development & analysis.
4. Lead / Host Interactive Planning Workshops.
5. Engaging and supporting the project team from early stages.
6. Providing performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action.
7. Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on same.
8. Liaising with the project management team with regular schedule performance status reports.
9. Establishing project schedule resource requirements.
10. Developing and Communicating tools for the target completion of project goals.
11. Providing valued input to Constructability Reviews.
12. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client.
13. Establishing project objectives in line with the client and help to ensure goals & timelines are achieved.
14. Execution of projects via an established Quality Management system.
Qualifications
The required qualifications and attributes are:
15. Medior with 5+ years of experience
16. Expert in Primavera P6 software
17. Experience in scheduling the construction phase of a project
18. Sound knowledge of design and construction sequence and logic
19. Pharmaceutical experience required
20. Experience in using and understanding earned value progress required
21. Experience in all phases of home office engineering required
22. Excellent oral and written communication skills required
23. Bachelor or Master degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or other allied third level qualification
24. Good knowledge of Dutch and English
