Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging technical and safety training (classroom and on‑floor)
* Create hybrid learning paths for new and experienced technicians
* Collaborate on training materials and pilot installations for practical learning
* Track progress and continuously improve training quality
* Promote a learning culture across maintenance teams
Profile
* 5+ years’ technical experience (maintenance or similar)
* Strong communicator and motivator
* Safety‑focused, digitally savvy, and eager to innovate in learning
* Fluent in English (Dutch or French a plus)
* Flexible for day and 2‑shift systems
