">About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Control Digital Expert to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of a diverse and collaborative team, you will collaborate closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Analytical expert, and IT departments to drive the efficient deployment and operation of Empower solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and participate in the definition of content quality control digital roadmap
2. Coordinate and support execution of digital projects - included digital portfolio
3. Act as project manager to conduct local digital project for quality control
4. Act as quality control local computerized system expert
5. Support computerized system deployment across quality control labs
6. Continuously improve computerized system business process
7. Ensure computerized system compliance with regulations
8. Ensure computerized system's audit readiness and provide support during inspections
9. Develop training program for each user category
10. Provide technical expertise and first line of support
11. Coordinate and guide the community of computerized systems Local Key User
12. Coordinate and execute local projects related to quality control computerized system
13. Execute activities related to data integrity risk assessment of computerized system
14. Local subject matter expert for Empower to ensure compliance, improvement, and efficiency
15. Manage and improve applicable procedures, tools, templates of computerized system
16. Ensure harmonization of the process and practices at department level
17. Monitor process effectiveness
18. Anticipate and participate in solving issues and drive continuous improvement
