ADIUTUM is currently hiring an Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in safety-critical embedded systems to join our team. The role involves developing, integrating, and testing software in a Linux-based environment.
📌 Main tasks:
Embedded Software Development:
* Develop, test, and maintain embedded software for various applications.
* Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure smooth software-hardware integration.
Firmware Design:
* Design and optimize firmware for embedded systems, focusing on performance and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and debug firmware-related issues as needed.
System Integration:
* Integrate and test embedded systems within the larger IT framework.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication between embedded devices and other components.
Documentation:
* Create and update documentation for different phases of embedded software development, including design specifications and test plans.
💬 Your profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in embedded software development.
* Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
* Familiarity with embedded systems architectures and microcontroller/microprocessor platforms.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
* French + English
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C) and bus architectures.
* Exposure to embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
* Understanding of hardware design principles.
* Familiarity with low-level debugging tools.
