Our client is looking for a Quality Officer with a sharp eye and an analytical mind to help maintain and improve our top-notch service.
What will you do?
* Investigate incidents in transport shipments (mainly in the pharmaceutical sector).
* Collect and analyse information to determine the cause and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
* Maintain close contact with customers, colleagues in Belgium and abroad, and other departments such as warehouse, customer service, and sales.
* Document your findings in clear reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
* In time, also support the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety team with audits, procedures, and risk analyses.

Who are you?
* You have administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
* You are solution-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
* You have strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
* You communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Dutch is an asset).
* You are proficient in Word and Excel.
