Job Description
* Represent member companies in joint committees related to commerce and services.
* Advise member organizations on social law and assist them with social relations.
* Provide regular updates on relevant legal developments and offer personalized guidance.
* Support the implementation of the annual action plan (member services, webinars, website content, etc.).
* Work collaboratively within a team while deepening your knowledge of the retail sector.
* Specialize in labor law, collective labor agreements (CLAs), social relations, and social policy.
* Maintain frequent external contacts, especially with HR professionals in the retail industry.
The Successful Applicant
* You hold a Master's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Social Law.
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a legal professional, ideally in a law firm, company, or social secretariat.
* You have strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
* You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good working knowledge of English.
* You are a team player, dynamic, approachable, and enjoy handling a variety of cases.
* You value client service and are motivated to bring added value through your expertise.
