* Be the primary custodian of the product backlog, ensuring its meticulous refinement and strategic synchronisation with overarching business priorities and immediate operational needs.
* Organise and run regular product team ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, review sessions, and roadmap planning) to unify engineering activities with the broader business strategy.
* Convert high-level business objectives into precise, actionable user stories, complete with defined criteria for acceptance, for efficient handover to the development teams.
* Monitor feature implementation progress, actively resolve any blockers, and provide clear, consistent updates to all parties regarding timelines, potential trade-offs, and outcomes.
* Partner closely with both the design and engineering disciplines to ensure the final product releases are of the highest quality and meet user expectations.
* Post-release, scrutinise operational metrics, gather user reactions, and implement subsequent iterations for continuous improvement in outcomes.
