A chocolate production facility in Wieze is executing several capacity expansion projects across processing and packaging lines. They are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead installation and integration of processing equipment.
Role ResponsibilitiesLead installation of chocolate processing equipment including mixers, refiners, conches and tempering systemsDesign and coordinate stainless steel piping systems (liquid chocolate, cocoa butter, ingredients)Oversee installation of pumps, heat exchangers and dosing systemsEnsure systems meet hygienic design standards (EHEDG)Coordinate contractors during installation and commissioning phasesSupport start-up and performance testing of new production lines
RequirementsExperience in food processing or confectionery production environmentsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and hygienic pipingExperience with thermal processes and temperature-controlled systemsExperience leading installation and commissioning activitiesDutch Speaking
