Are you a driven professional with a passion for HVAC and a strong network within the industry?
SoperHeat, a program by Soper, is looking for an enthusiastic HVAC Consultant to temporarily strengthen our team and contribute to the rollout of our innovative program in the Walloon market.
SoperHeat, a division of Soper, specializes in climate and heating solutions for large buildings.
Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated field consultant/sales professional (m/f/x) to guide and advise our clients in choosing and applying the right solutions – primarily in the French-speaking part of Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Active prospecting and sales in the Walloon region
* Establishing and maintaining contact with stakeholders in the HVAC sector: wholesalers, contractors, energy companies, engineering firms, etc.
* Supporting the implementation and promotion of the SoperHeat program
* Gathering market insights and reporting back to the central team
* Project follow-up
What you bring:
* Excellent knowledge of HVAC/climate systems and current market trends
* A strong existing network in the sector is a definite asset
* Fluency in French is essential
* Commercial mindset with a keen eye for opportunities
* Independent, proactive, and flexible attitude

SoperHeat, un programme de Soper, recherche un(e) Consultant(e) HVAC enthousiaste pour renforcer temporairement notre équipe et contribuer au déploiement de notre programme innovant sur le marché wallon.
SoperHeat, une division de Soper, est spécialisée dans les solutions de climatisation et de chauffage pour les grands bâtiments.
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e)/commercial(e) externe motivé(e) (h/f/x) pour accompagner
et conseiller nos clients de manière professionnelle dans le choix et l'application des solutions adéquates, principalement en Belgique francophone et au Luxembourg.
Vos missions :
• Prospection active et vente en Wallonie
• Établir et entretenir des contacts avec les acteurs du secteur HVAC : grossistes, entrepreneurs, compagnies d’énergie, bureaux d’études, etc.
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la promotion du programme SoperHeat
• Collecter et transmettre les informations du marché à l’équipe centrale
• Suivi des projets
Votre profil :
• Excellente connaissance du secteur HVAC/climatisation et des tendances actuelles
• Un solide réseau existant dans le secteur est un atout majeur
• Excellentes compétences en communication en français
• Sens commercial développé et esprit d’initiative
• Autonome, proactif(ve) et flexible
