As a Management Assistant you will:
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination
* Organise international business travel and logistics
* Prepare executive-level documents and board meeting packs
* Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handle confidential correspondence, calls and information flow
* Ensure smooth administrative operations and team coordination
A successful Management Assistant should have following profile:
* 3+ years' experience as Management Assistant / Executive Assistant
* Fluent in English and strong French communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Outlook and MS Office tools
* Discreet, proactive and comfortable in high-pressure environments
