Digital Technology Sales & Distribution Lead who is strategic, adaptable, and collaborative
to join us in our
Global Supply Chain Digitalization team,
based in our office
in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
About The Role
You will be working in a team that connects business and technology to enable the evolution of UCB's global supply chain. As DT Sales & Distribution Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital solutions that support global operations, compliance, and transformation initiatives across supply chain and commercial functions. You will drive projects, manage systems, and build strong relationships with business, technology, and compliance partners.
Who You'll Work With
You will be working in a team that collaborates with Global Supply Chain leaders, Market Supply Operations, and the Center of Excellence. You will also work closely with IT security, data privacy, risk management, compliance, system validation, and architecture teams. This role has broad visibility and impact across global stakeholders and functions.
What You'll Do
* Lead the global digital roadmap for sales and distribution capabilities
* Manage strategic projects from concept to implementation
* Own the lifecycle of sales and distribution systems (excluding SAP)
* Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
* Collaborate across IT, compliance, and business for successful delivery
* Ensure systems are aligned with regulatory and validation standards
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
* 7+ years experience in supply chain, digital, or IT roles in regulated industries
* Experience leading global supply chain transformation and digital technology projects
* Proven track record in ERP implementations and cross-functional project delivery
* Strong understanding of compliance (e.g., GxP), cybersecurity, and data governance
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
