Introduction
A Belgium-based institution is looking for a motivated Support Engineer to support users in their daily IT needs. You will join a diverse and dynamic organisation undergoing ongoing digital transformation. While modernising the environment, you will play an important role in delivering operational IT support.
The Role
* Provide first-line support (
* Act as the first point of contact for end-users and ensure a friendly, professional service experience.
* Support second-line issues, perform on-site interventions, prepare workstations and manage inventory.
* Create documentation, improve procedures, and contribute to service desk development projects.
Your Profile
* Degree in IT or equivalent experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of M365, Windowsand ITIL practices (ServiceNow is a plus).
* Customer-focused, proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication skills in Dutch, English and French
* Hands-on mentality with interest in new technologies and process improvement.
