At To.Scale, we help ambitious tech teams grow with the right people and we do it fast. We’re now hiring on behalf of Toyota Tsusho Systems Europe (TTS-E) for a sales role.

If you’re the kind of person who loves meeting people, asks bold questions and enjoys the thrill of cracking open new client relationships, this one’s for you. You don’t need a decade of experience. You actually barely need field experience. You need the right mindset, hunger, hustle and willingness to learn the Toyota way to become part of the team as Sales Development Representative for IT Services.


Role Description:

We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales & Relationship Associate to join a fast-growing IT business with global roots.

This isn’t a senior enterprise sales job. It’s an on-the-ground, sleeves-rolled-up commercial role: meeting clients, listening deeply and helping translate pain points into practical service offerings.
You'll be part relationship-builder, part hunter. You'll spend time with clients, ask smart questions and bring those insights back to the team to craft tailored proposals. Your key skill? Making people feel heard and then selling them what they actually need.

This role is perfect for someone early in their sales journey who wants a crash course in real-world B2B sales, not just fluff nor theory, while being mentored inside a global enterprise.


What you will actually be doing:

* Visit client sites and build genuine relationships (yes, we mean in person)
* Understand client needs and map them to services we can offer (IT solutions, infrastructure, etc.)
* Work closely with delivery and technical teams to define proposals and present value clearly
* Act as the voice of the client internally, helping shape offers that actually solve problems
* Shadow senior sales and presales folks to learn how Toyota builds trust and closes deals
* Stay in close contact with existing clients to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
* Get coached, challenged and supported but expected to bring initiative every day

Requirements

We’re not looking for a perfect CV (but please use it as an opportunity to sell, pun intended, yourself). We’re looking for the right attitude and mindset.

You might be a recent grad, a customer-facing support engineer or just someone with a sales mindset and people instincts. We care more about grit and learning speed than your LinkedIn headline.

Here’s what we’d love to see:

* You’re a people person. You like talking to clients, not just emailing them.
* You ask “why” a lot and you actually listen to the answers.
* You’re not afraid to walk into a room, introduce yourself and own the conversation.
* You’re eager to learn the ropes of complex B2B services (yes, even the technical bits).
* You understand this is sales, not consulting, and you enjoy the chase.
* You want to grow fast, be mentored and eventually run your own accounts.

Benefits

We are open to both FTE (full-time employees) or contractor arrangements.

In case you go for the FTE arrangement, these would be the benefits:

- Meal vouchers
- Pension scheme (2%)

- Remote allowance (60€/month)
- Representation allowance (250€/month)


In case you are hired as a contractor, To.Scale will be your EoR (Employer of Record). Your daily rate will be based on 220 working days per year.

This will be converted into a fixed monthly fee that already includes your paid time off, meaning you're not just paid for the days you log, but also for your vacation days and local bank holidays.

In case you work with us as a FTE (which might be a possibility for Greece and Portugal based talent), local company benefits will apply.
