A day in the life of an Intern in Employee Benefits
Based in Brussels, the intern will work closely together with the Employee Benefits team members and serve as a supporting role to the team in promoting business relating to corporate & business clients of ING
* Support the Employee Benefits experts with preparation of client pitches.
* Administrative follow-up of deal execution
* Liaise with internal stakeholders (relationship managers, product manager, account managers)
* Support the management with the execution of new projects

* Current student at a reputable university
* Interest in financial services / fiscal matters
* Prior work experience in financial services will be an advantage
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
* Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and word processing applications
* Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French

You will be part of the Employee Benefits team. The team consists of 5 people located in Brussels and covering the Belgian market.
