EMEA indirect purchasing strategy, negotiation, and cost optimization: A high-impact role
Reporting to the Regional Purchasing Department, the Buyer is responsible for indirect, non-production-related purchases.
He/she develops and implements purchasing strategies in line with group policy and performance objectives (cost, quality, and lead time).
Main Responsibilities:
Manage indirect purchases across multiple EMEA sites Negotiate and handle contracts with key suppliers Analyze the market and implement optimization strategies Monitor purchasing KPIs and budgets Actively contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
2. Your talents
Experienced industrial buyer structured, rigorous, and results-oriented. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Economics Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in indirect purchasing within an industrial environment Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills Professional level of English (minimum B2)
