As an Inside Sales Agent your responsibilities are:
* Preparing accurate offers with correct price calculations
* Book orders and guide customers in using the E-Shop
* Collaborating with sales teams located in Belgium and Italy
* Use telesales tools and techniques to manage and grow customer relationships
* Identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities thanks to your strong commercial mindset
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly
A successful Inside Sales Agent:
* Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A strong commercial mindset and proven background in sales or customer relations
