What you do on a typical day as a Customer Care Coordinator
Serving as an intermediary between GXO and customers, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration
* Developing, preparing, and presenting KPIs during monthly business reviews, providing clear explanations and insights
* Ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all customer requirements to maintain high satisfaction levels
* Designing and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback and insights
* Taking charge of the recall’s procedure, ensuring efficient handling and resolution
* Keeping records of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
* Handling customers' special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
* Managing the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO
MBO+/HBO level, with 2 to 4 years of similar experience gained within a customer service environment is very welcome but not essential
* Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
* Fluent in Dutch, English and French
* Good experience of reporting and presentation skills
* You are proactive, communicative, flexible and accurate
* You enjoy working as part of a team
