As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Diagnose root causes of system, process, equipment or material failures and develop solutions to prevent them from happening again.
">
3. Lead quality projects and be responsible for project follow-up, including final handover to customers.
">
4. Optimize existing quality processes and evaluate and design test procedures, standards and inspection techniques.
">
5. Provide technical support and training to quality engineers, quality and production team leaders.
">
6. Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
">
7. Prepare and follow up on quality audits.

About You:
">
">
* You have a Master's degree in Electromechanics.
">
* You possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus).
">
* You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and quality.
">
* You have a passion for metalworking.
">
* You possess good communication skills and enjoy being present on the shop floor.
">
* You are a problem solver, hands-on and someone who readily takes initiative.
